The practice nurses are available for:-

• Chronic disease management i.e. Asthma/COPD, diabetes, ischaemic heart disease, blood tests, weight and blood pressure checks.
• Injections including childhood vaccinations and travel vaccinations and advice
• Removal of stitches, Dressings
• Routine health checks
• Cervical smears
• Smoking cessation advice
