Appointments
Appointments
For both urgent and non urgent appointments please ring the surgery on 01347 810332 or call in to arrange.
Online Services
You can now enrol for our online service to enable you to make an appointment online. You will need to complete and application form and provide 2 forms of photographic ID to enable us to issue individual patients with a personalised Registration letter giving log in and identification numbers which will safeguard your confidentiality. You cannot create an account without one. Please ask at reception for further details.
Home Visits
Please try to come to the surgery whenever possible as a home visit takes an average of four times as long as a surgery appointment.
If you are requesting a non-urgent home visit, please try to do so before 11am to enable the doctor to plan his visits efficiently.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment. This can be done via the NHS App or by ringing the Surgery.

If you need help with your appointment
Please tell us:
- If there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
- If you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
- If you need an interpreter
- If you have any other access or communication needs
Text Reminder Service
We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.
To have this service you will need to register by completing a consent form.
Please remember to update your contact details with us when you change address, telephone numbers and email address.
Medical Students
We are a training surgery for students from HYMS (Hull and York Medical School) and frequently have students sitting in with the doctors. We will warn you if this is the case. You will be able to request that no students are present during your consultation, if you so wish.
You may have an appointment with our year 5 medical student if you have a minor or acute illness. A GP will join the consultation at the end to ensure you are happy with your appointment.
